Smooth glass feeding with automatic detection for Soft/Hard Low-E coated glass to ensure correct processing orientation.
Section 2: High-Pressure Washing & Drying02
4 pairs of soft brushes combined with warm water washing. 2 pairs of air knives with a soundproof blower ensure 100% clean and dry glass surfaces before assembly.
Section 3: High-Brightness LED Inspection Section03
Built-in LED light box allows operators to easily inspect glass for dust, scratches, or imperfections before spacer frame placement.
Section 4: Aluminum Spacer Frame Positioning04
Precise positioning system enables fast and accurate manual or automatic alignment of aluminum spacer bars with butyl sealant.
Section 5: Automated Pressing & Inline Argon Gas Filling05
