Built with full stainless‑steel body, it is specially engineered for insulated glass, flat glass, mirror glass pre‑processing. Two model options HW2000 and HW2500 cover different maximum glass width requirements for small‑to‑medium glass factories.

Main Features
The washing and drying sections can be lifted as an entire assembly up to 350 mm, convenient for cleaning, maintenance and roller replacement.
Equipped with 3 pairs of φ160 mm brushes with stainless‑steel shafts, stable cleaning performance for flat glass.
Two pairs of high‑efficiency air knives deliver strong airflow to achieve thorough glass surface drying without water stains.
Blower fitted with inlet air filter, keeps air channel clean and guarantees stable drying effect in long‑time continuous production.
Main drive adopts gear transmission; conveyor speed controlled by frequency inverter with digital display panel.
Adjustable washing clearance, freely adapt glass thickness ranging from 3 mm‑25 mm.
Fully stainless‑steel machine body, corrosion‑resistant, suitable for humid glass‑processing workshop environment.
