The CNC Water Jet Glass Cutting Machine is a professional industrial cold‑cutting equipment specially developed for the glass processing industry. Different from traditional blade cutting and thermal cutting, it adopts abrasive water jet cutting technology to realize crack‑free, burr‑free and stress‑free forming cutting for all kinds of glass. Equipped with full‑axis high‑precision transmission system, dual‑support Y‑axis structure and exclusive automatic lubrication system, the machine features stable operation, high cutting accuracy and ultra‑long service life. - Dual‑Support Y‑Axis Bidirectional Drive: The Y‑axis adopts double support structure, matched with bidirectional ball screw and linear guide drive. It effectively improves the running stability of the cutting head, ensures ultra‑high cutting speed and positioning accuracy, and avoids cutting deviation and pattern distortion during high‑speed operation.
- Full‑Axis High‑Precision Configuration: Both X‑axis and Y‑axis are equipped with high‑quality precision ball screws and linear guide rails. The whole machine runs smoothly with small friction loss, realizing consistent high‑precision cutting for long‑term continuous production, meeting the requirements of high‑standard glass finishing.
- Exclusive Automatic Lubrication System: Equipped with a unique independent automatic lubrication device, which can regularly and quantitatively lubricate the transmission parts. - Detachable Bed & Water Tank Design: The fuselage bed and water tank adopt split detachable structure, which can effectively reduce the pressure of sediment, sand and processed glass debris on moving parts. At the same time, it solves the problem of oversized whole machine transportation, facilitates container loading and long‑distance cross‑border transportation, and reduces transportation risks and costs.
- Zero Thermal Damage Cold Cutting Technology: Water jet cold cutting does not produce high temperature, thermal deformation and thermal stress on the glass surface. It completely avoids glass chipping, cracking and edge scorching, and the cutting finished product has smooth edges without secondary polishing.
