CNC aluminum cutting center LJVA-CNC-6500 is suitable for high-efficiency sawing of aluminum door and window profiles, and can be sawed at 45° -45° or 90° at the same time.

The cnc aluminum cutting center is equipped with a separate feeding table, which automatically clamps the profile and completes the feeding.

The machine realizes continuous cutting and can cut about 2,000 sections of profiles every 8-hour working day.

The sawing adopts the Han’s control system and 6 sets of servo drives, with high cutting accuracy.

The machine uses 3 fixed-angle saw blades for cutting, driven by a direct-connected spindle motor, and can cut 45 degree, 90 degree and -45 degree.

It can be connected with some ERP door and window optimization software to realize the import of cutting material lists.

The machine can optimize and cut through network transmission and USB import of material lists.

The cutting part of the machine is surrounded by a closed protective cover to ensure the safety of the operator.

An automatic vacuum cleaner is optional.
