1.The machine is controlled by a CNC system. Users can customize material processing parameters, and the repeat positioning accuracy can reach ±0.2mm.

2. Automatically feed and separate nails through a dedicated nail feeding device, and has a nail-free detection function.
3. Using two-axis CNC technology, as long as the first nail position, number of nails and profile length are input, the system automatically calculates the nail distance and can clamp multiple workpieces at the same time, making the production efficiency extremely high. It is an ideal nailing equipment for mass production of doors and windows.
4. Multiple pieces of materials can be clamped at one time. A maximum of 7 pieces of 60 profile can be clamped at one time, and 10 pieces of window sash can be processed at one time.
