The automatic tool change drilling machine is specialist for processing aluminum profiles in the fields of doors, windows, industry, automobiles, high-speed rail and others. It is often used for processing various hole shapes in doors, windows and curtain walls, whether it is common round holes, slotted holes, key holes, or complex holes. Special-shaped holes can be processed efficiently.

Spindle motor: The Italian Hiteco spindle motor is used. Its 9.5KW power combined with the high speed of 24,000rpm provides strong power for milling and drilling, and can easily handle the processing tasks of various aluminum profiles.

Intelligent control system: equipped with Taiwan SYNTEC CNC or Han’s industrial computer control system, supporting G-code processing. Operators only need to write or import the corresponding G code program to implement complex machining operations without manually adjusting the machining parameters one by one.

Rotating workbench: The workbench has three angle adjustment functions: 90°, 0°, and -90°. The automatic tool change drilling machine can process the three sides of the profile one after another according to the instructions.

ATC function: The machine is equipped with a tool magazine that can accommodate 6 knives, and can automatically exchange corresponding tools for drilling and milling work according to instructions.

Processing range: The machine’s processing length is up to 3 meters, and different lengths can also be customized according to needs.

Transmission system: XYZ adopts imported linear guide rails, and the zero return speed can reach 50 meters/minute.
