Four rollers are independently controllable, with stepless speed adjustment and automatic speed matching
User-friendly control system, flexible, simple, clear at a glance, and easy to use;

Fitted with imported hydraulic oil pump. Under working pressure, Y‑axis repeat positioning accuracy ≤0.02 mm, ensuring stable dimensional consistency for batch‑produced curved aluminum profiles.

Four rollers run independently with stepless speed adjustment and automatic speed matching. Compensate inner‑outer‑diameter line‑speed difference during arc forming, effectively prevent surface scratches, profile twisting and section deformation.

Capable of continuous multi‑radius bending; complete S‑bend and wave‑shaped profiles in a single working cycle. Solve smooth‑transition & symmetry problems for variable‑curvature workpieces which 3‑roller machines hardly achieve.

Exquisite mold design for individual profile cross‑sections. Effectively solve common quality issues: wrinkling, scratching, distortion, sinking indentation, meeting high‑surface‑quality requirements for architectural aluminum window & curtain‑wall profiles.

1.Daily Operation
Operators shall receive dedicated equipment training. Check hydraulic‑oil level and pipeline sealing before startup. Confirm installed mold matches target‑profile before batch‑bending.
2.Consumables & Mold Maintenance
Protect mold surface from collision and scratch. Clear aluminum debris after each shift. Repair or replace worn molds timely to avoid indentation or scratching defects on profiles.
3.Periodic Maintenance
Weekly: Clean rollers & mold surface residues; inspect hydraulic‑pipe joints for oil leakage.
Monthly: Check hydraulic‑oil quality; lubricate all moving transmission components.
Quarterly: Full‑machine inspection for servo‑motors, electrical cabinet and whole hydraulic system.
